Currently, no one have concrete scientific proof that acne is caused by a deficiency of nutrients or an excess of unhealthy junk food in your diet. It is best that you avoid particular food items you are so absolutely sure that worsens your acne problems until this issue is changed by future scientific evidence. On the other hand, if your acne is being treated properly, you probably won't need to worry too much about it.
